Physiotherapy Resident
Nupur Dave is a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapy Resident with over three years of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2019 in India and began her career at a multi-specialty hospital, where she treated a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric conditions, including post-operative total knee and hip arthroplasty, rotator cuff injuries, stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson’s disease, and cerebral palsy.
She went on to work in a private clinic for more than two years, focusing on musculoskeletal conditions such as neck and back pain, shoulder and knee injuries, muscle strains, ligament sprains, and pre/post-operative rehabilitation. Nupur applies evidence-based techniques across the continuum of care, from acute injury management to full return-to-function programs.
After moving to Canada, Nupur worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant in long-term care, supporting residents with arthritis, mobility challenges, and balance issues. She provided treatments including manual therapy, balance training, stretching, and gait re-education.
Her treatment philosophy combines individualized exercise programming, hands-on therapy, and the appropriate use of modalities to support optimal recovery.
Outside of work, Nupur enjoys nature walks, reading, and spending time with her family. Her ultimate goal is to empower her patients to regain function, independence, and quality of life.
