Alannah completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the McMaster University in 2009. She then completed a diploma in Massage Therapy at Sutherland-Chan Schools in Toronto. After working as a RMT for 3 years, Alannah moved to Scotland to complete her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2015 at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. Alannah is committed to lifelong learning and regularly engages in continuing education in order to provide the best care to her patients.  Alannah has experience in a variety of sitting, including private clinics, hospital settings and with sports teams.

Alannah employs a combination of hands on manual therapy techniques, acupuncture, exercise prescription and education to help her patients regain function and return to their full pre-injury level of activity. Alannah enjoys treating a wide variety of injuries and individuals. Whether treating an ankle injury in the clinic, or progressing a patient’s mobility in the hospital, Alannah believes in promoting independence and helping people feel empowered on their journey towards recovery.

Outside the clinic, Alannah enjoys snowboarding in the winter, hiking in the summer. Alannah also loves to travel, read and explore all that Hamilton has to offer!
